1. Overview

Welcome to the Inland Empire Wing of the Commemorative Air Force (CAF) online store. By accessing or purchasing through our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

Our store is operated by the Inland Empire Wing, a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to preserving and flying historic WWII aircraft. All proceeds from merchandise sales help support our aircraft operations and educational mission.


2. Ordering and Payment

  • All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
  • Payments are securely processed through our WooCommerce platform and associated payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, or credit card merchant).
  • Orders are confirmed via email once payment has been successfully processed.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including stock availability or payment issues.

3. Sales Policy

All sales are final.
Because proceeds from sales support our nonprofit mission, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds except in cases of incorrect or damaged items received (see Section 6).

Please check your order carefully before submitting.


4. Shipping Policy

  • Orders are processed and shipped Tuesday through Thursday each week (excluding holidays).
  • Orders placed Friday through Monday will ship the following week.
  • Standard shipping is via USPS or UPS, depending on the order size and destination.
  • You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
  • We currently ship to U.S. addresses only.

Delivery times may vary depending on carrier volume, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.


5. Local Pickup

If offered, local pickup orders can be collected at the Inland Empire Wing hangar by appointment during normal business hours. Please bring your order confirmation and photo ID at pickup.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@inlandempirecaf.com.
We will review the issue and, if applicable, provide a replacement or store credit.

To expedite your request, include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item.


7. Donations and Fundraising Merchandise

Some items sold in our store are considered fundraising merchandise. Purchases of these items may not be tax-deductible. For tax-deductible contributions, please contact us directly for a donation receipt or contribute through our official donation channels.


8. Product Descriptions and Availability

We make every effort to display products accurately. However, minor variations in color, design, or packaging may occur due to printing or supplier differences.
All products are offered subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product at any time without prior notice.


9. Limitation of Liability

The Inland Empire Wing of the Commemorative Air Force shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products or website.
