Day Doll Display – NAS Lemoore Airshow

On Saturday and Sunday, March 21–22, the historic WWII-era C-53 D-Day Doll will be on display at the NAS Lemoore Airshow.
Operated by the Inland Empire Wing of the Commemorative Air Force, D-Day Doll is a fully restored World War II transport aircraft that played a vital role in airborne operations, carrying paratroopers, cargo, and personnel in support of Allied forces. Visitors will have the opportunity to see this iconic aircraft up close and learn about the critical role the DC-3/C-53 family played during the war.
This static display honors the men and women who served and preserves the legacy of one of the most important aircraft of World War II.
The NAS Lemoore Air Show will be held at Naval Air Station Lemoore, California. The Lemoore Air Show will feature U.S. Navy flight demonstrations, including the famous Blue Angels, along with military aircraft displays, aerobatic performances, and ground exhibits. The Lemoore Air Show highlights naval aviation, giving the public a chance to see powerful jets, meet pilots, and learn about the Navy’s mission.
